If I read another news article that says that the Millennials were ruined as a generation because everyone one got trophies for soccer when they were 7 and not just the winners, I am going to bust some heads. In a metaphorical kind of way because I am non-violent. More to follow.

Wait, I'm so excited for this! My co-worker has an elaborate theory about how our generation depends on validation for fulfillment (now provided through social networking, but originally caused by things like participation trophies). I'd love to hear an opposing perspective. I think I'll be with you on this one.
